| "Red Pepper Art" formerly called the "Not over the Hill Art Group" has relocated to the new Cooktown District Community Centre building at 13 Charles St.Meets every Wednesday 2:00pm. t0 4:30pm.
Although this group is under the banner of the sixties and better
healthy aging program, local coordinator Mr. David Cass said the centre
would welcome younger members to
participate in the art sessions. Interaction with existing members,
many of whom are accomplished artists with significant experience would
not only be enjoyable but educational for many.
The community centre offers air conditioned comfort,
a safe and relaxing environment and a chance to meet new people and
acquire new skills, also for those who are already proficient in
painting, to join a group of like minded folk.Are you ready to express your creativity? | |
